"I live in a very rural area about 85 miles west of Houston , we needed a new roof but contractors in Victoria or in the Hallettsville/ shiner area were slow to quote and would never return phone calls. I year later I had heard of Andrew Salinas and his Christian based company In The woodlands and the high quality work he supplied. I took a chance and called him , told him where I lived and he said he would definitely be interested in reroofing our home. He quickly looked at our home via Google earth and had an estimate within a few hours but wanted to come out and see our home in person. Andrew set up a time and he was here an hour early and met with our adjuster to look over the roof . I spent some time with Andrew to get to know him and he is the real deal. Andrew took plenty of time going over their process with me and I felt so comfortable with him and his business professionalism. Three weeks later Ark Roofing and their awesome employee’s showed up at my gate at 6:45 am ready to work . They rolled in and knew the scope of the job like they had bid it themselves because that’s how Andrew communicates with them. My roof is 74 squares and they had the old shingles and underlayment stripped off in less than 2 hours and had the whole roof completed in 8.5 hrs including clean up and they did a banner job! If I were to rate his company from 1-10 it would be a 15! Our roof is beautiful, the drip edge is straight and true and I am ecstatic. His business should be the business model of all roofing and restoration companies- or Any company for that matter! Thank you Andrew"
