"When it comes to doing a big job, Harry Archie is all over it. However, when it comes to doing a repair and following up you are better off finding someone else. He charged me $365 for a roof repair on May 29, 2014 which, after the first rain fall, problem still existed. Now a year later, he still says "Oh, I'll get to it next week,....I'll get it to it next week,...and now says "if that is not good enough, find someone else",....a year later??"

The GAF Shingle & Accessory Limited Warranty provides a Lifetime limited warranty term and 10-year 100% coverage period during which GAF will provide both installation labor costs and replacement GAF products necessary to repair your roof due to a manufacturing defect for 10 years.
A GAF Master Elite® Contractor can also offer the GAF System Plus Limited Warranty, increasing your Smart Choice® Protection Period from 10 to 50 years and including tear off.
