"After having my roof installed by their team, I encountered multiple issues, most notably a persistent leak that has caused significant damage to my property. Despite numerous promises to rectify the situation, Apple Roofing has failed to take any action or provide a satisfactory resolution. From the beginning, the local office and the main office seemed attentive and responsive to my concerns. However, it quickly became evident that their promises were empty words, as they consistently failed to follow through on their commitments. I have reached out to them multiple times, providing detailed information about the leaking issue and the resulting damages. Unfortunately, each time I contacted them, I received nothing more than empty assurances that the problem would be addressed promptly. The lack of follow-up and failure to honor promises is not only unprofessional but also demonstrates a lack of respect and concern for customers. It is unacceptable that Apple Roofing has taken no action to fix the problems they caused during the installation process. As a homeowner, I expected a certain level of quality and accountability, which Apple Roofing has utterly failed to deliver. Given the circumstances, I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of Apple Roofing. Their lack of follow-up and failure to address issues post-installation reflect a disregard for customer satisfaction. A roofing company that cannot stand behind its work and fails to fulfill its promises is not one that can be trusted to provide reliable and dependable services. I regret choosing Apple Roofing and sincerely hope that my review serves as a cautionary tale for others considering their services. Look elsewhere for a reputable roofing company that values customer satisfaction and takes responsibility for their work."
"I have had Apple/Crest Exteriors out a couple of times to look at my roof shortly after a few hail storms. They conducted an inspection and recommended I wait to do anything because there was no damage, which I appreciated. I did see a very small leak in my attic and called Apple to come out. They sent Gino and a couple of other guys the same day. They inspected the leak and found it was just a seal around an exhaust pipe. It was a very minor repair and Gino took care of it in a few minutes and didn't charge me for the job. I will use Apple for any roof repairs that I need and I recommend anyone give them a call if they suspect any issues."
