    "By far the most unprofessional, arrogant, and shady business I have ever used. They do not respect the customers request by any means as they will do what they want to do rather than work with the customer as a business should. I gave them very clear instructions and were unable to meet my requests. I came across an issue after the initial installation of my new roof and asked them to fix it because my roof didn’t look the same as it did before. They gave me various reasons as to why they couldn’t fix it. HIGHLY ADVISE AGAINST using any of this company’s services as they are extremely unprofessional and incapable of satisfying the customers requests."

My roof needed to be replaced and Paul explained the entire process from beginning to end. He coordinated his schedule to meet with the insurance adjuster and served as a liaison between me and the insurance company to make this process effortless on my part.
