    "The founding great grandfather and grandfather for America's. Best remodeling would be absolutely 100% disappointed in the way in which his family now runs the company. America's Best, remodeling is not worth your money or time or deserving of the business name. Their employees do not clean up after themselves we have aluminum nails around every building they worked on in our neighborhood. They moved in shipping containers for storage and yet they still leave equipment out over the winter when no one was working. New this year they load their trailers with trash but do not use tarps to secure it so trash blows out and around our neighborhood when it storms. This would be only mildly infuriating but the fiberglass insulation that blows out of their trash trailer. We have small children and pets that get into the insulation because of this issue it's a health and safety hazard. The newest issue is placing scraps or leftover materials between the storage containers. seriously take the time to do the job right and that includes clean up. I have spoken with a few site supervisors during their time working here, one is too timid to fix the issue and the other is a disrespectful jerk who also is incapable of resolving issues."

    "Well my previous review got taken down for some reason so here we go again. Terrible company, they only give a two year warranty on roof installation, TWO years for a roof that should last 30 years and when they do it wrong you are screwed. They gave me an estimate and when they found out what the insurance company would pay they increased their price, the roof looks so bumpy and very soft in many places. Four years after the repair was done we have moisture issues and the roof has to be redone and they basically told me that is not their problem anymore, Went to BBB and they said a bunch of lies and at the end they just didn't respond at all. I am taking the hit but hopefully this help people spend their money somewhere else."

    "We were verbally quoted the cost to remove the tree off of the house would be $5000. We were extremely surprised that it was four times that amount with charges that were not revealed prior to work being done. We were charged for time and services not provided. When I called to complain I was told I don’t know what I’m talking about. He accused me of wanting to make money off insurance claim. Our expectation was insurance would be billed $5k. They would be paid $5k. My issue is they billed more than 4x the amount we were quoted. Something is wrong here."
