"Alliance replaced our roof in 2021, and they were super busy at that time. However, despite being so busy, the roofer made us feel like their only client. They did a beautiful job on our roof, and we loved being able to finance through Alabama Power. Since our house is old, our chimney wood had to be replaced at the time of the roof installation. These repairs got backlogged and ended up taking a little longer than the roof. Randy, our roofer, was extremely knowledgeable and very nice. Steve, the contractor, was very helpful in getting a few roadblocks resolved."

However, we contacted the roofer directly and Alliance (at the office) several times over the last year, and no one has come out to install the new vinyl on the chimney, even though we have paid for it already. It still has the plastic from when the roof was installed. I think they just got so busy and forgot about us? :( I am hoping a review here will prompt them to return my calls finally? (I will 100% absolutely update my review to 5 stars to reflect the beautiful job they did once the chimney is finished.)"
