"I am an absentee landlord and I do not live in the area and I needed to have my roof repaired I called several companies and they all gave me either an attitude or a price that was insane then I finally spoke to Lewis from all season roofing he a he explained to me exactly what was going to be done with the roof gave me a great proposal and showed me every material he was gonna be using the guarantee the warranty etc Since I am an absentee landlord I was unable to be there while the work is being done he assured me he would take pictures from the beginning to the end and that he did he took a picture every time they did a different part of the roof and explained to me what was being done the workmanship and quality of the work was phenomenal I deal with the management company that manages my house and they have over 300 rentals I explained to them that they need to drop whoever they're using and use all seasons because the quality of the work and what they stand behind stand behind it's worth it also it also their pricing was very fair and they did not try to rip us off I highly recommend them"

"Louis and his team did a repair on my roof. He showed up when he said he would. He did the repair quick and efficient and charged an extremely fair price. I will most likely use him when I need to replace the whole roof. Quality work at an honest price. Highly recommend. Update I have since used Luis and team to install a new roof. They did an incredible job. Very thorough and clean. Got the job done in one day and you would have never known they were there. His price was extremely fair compared to others. Luis also took initiative on following up with the roofing material wholesaler on their manufacturer's warranty which I received via email a few days later. if you are in the market for a roof or need repairs done, I highly recommend Luis and his team."

"We had received multiple quotes for our roof replacement and decided to go with Luis and All Seasons Roofing & Siding. Luis was responsive, he answered all our questions, he gave us a fair price and was able to fit us into his schedule within 1 week of our decision. The crew was prompt and efficient they got started at 8:30 AM and were done by 5. They protected our house while removing old roof, and they cleaned up all the debris. We now have a brand-new roof that is watertight just in time for winter I would hire them for other projects and recommend them to others . I am very satisfied with their work."

"My house was built in 1870 & didn't have the proper roofing materials on it. Original Yankee Gutters were still there with newer gutters attached. The perimeter of the roof was leaking through the Yankee gutters. Once the roof shingles were stripped they discovered that there wasn't any plywood decking but planks with gaps in between them. It was suggested to completely recover over that and add the proper materials needed. Luis & his crew were punctual, efficient & completed my roof in one day. They returned the next day to install my new gutters. I highly recommend this company. In fact, we want them to do the siding come next year."

"Luis was recommended by a few of my coworkers. When I called him he returned my call immediately. He came the same day to take a look at my roof and sent us an estimate immediately. I had a few set backs and called him back a few months later. He did not change his estimate, which much better than the others I had gotten. He was very professional, his price was fair and he was so helpful helping me to pick out roof tile. "I had a really hard time finding a good roofer, most of them were unreliable and didn't show up for the appointments they made. All seasons was totally different Louis was very professional and reliable. He actually got on the roof he took pics and sent them in the estimate.
