"Brandon Turner, is very professional. Excellent communication in all aspects while being very punctual/on time. There have been times when Brandon had to wait for me while keeping our appointment. If there was any reason he was delayed, he would call/text with an expected ETA. Brandon was also very informative with his findings. He explained all processes and procedures pertaining to working with contractors, documentation, insurance claims, and expectations. Felt very comfortable in asking questions and voicing my concerns. He was always cheerful and upbeat and very professional. Unfortunately do not have the same views same about a couple of insurance adjusters we both talked to. They replaced our roof, completed replacement of our copper bay roof and stucco repair. Everyone who worked on our house was very professional and knowledgeable. "After a hail storm this spring our roof and Gutter Helmet needed replacing. Our first call was to Gutter Helmet who referred us to All Around. After a call to them we met with Tony Moore who came to our house, assessed the damage and told us what he and All Around could do for us. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
