"Avoid working with All American Roofing and Restoration LLC if at all possible. We had a terrible experience. We needed a window replaced while under warranty and it took FOREVER to get someone to come out. We were charged a trip fee of $200. The installer didn't have the correct tool to finish the installation and left with a plan to return "in the next few days". The window wasn't functional. He never returned and when we called again, we were charged another trip fee ($150 this time) for someone to come and correct the issue. When we got the bill in the mail, we were given 3 days to pay it. We were out of town at the time and received a follow up call stating if we don't pay the bill within 7 days they threatened to place a lien on our property. AWFUL customer service. We were patient with them but are beyond irritated that they threatened to place a lien on our property after the bill was unpaid for a short period of time."
