"We had three larger windows replaced by Alexander Exteriors. Overall I'm happy with the window quality, they needed to match the wood from our previous windows and did a great job with that. The crew seemed very skilled during the install, they knew what they were doing. I removed a star due to some issues with communication during the process of getting the windows. Due to supply chain issues there were delays in getting the windows and and then getting a crew in. We ordered in June with the expected install for September. The actual install happened third week of November. I understand issues come up, but would appreciate more communication to give us updates instead of us needed to ask them. We did convey these issues and Alexander Exteriors did work hard on improving and making sure we were satisfied with our purchase."
