"Update - Jason from Advantage reached out and made it right. We had a very professional and friendly conversation about the mix up. Like I mentioned earlier, very professional and friendly roofers fixed my roof issue that day. While we had a billing mishap, it was assured to me it has been corrected. Good people that understand the importance of customer satisfaction. Needed a chimney flash repaired. Called and was given the $95/hour rate to send someone out (as in singular). Didn't realize that two people would show up and that I would be paying both of them $95/hr until after I received the bill. So just assume you will be paying $190/hour for simple repair work and you will be more than satisfied with their work. The roofers were very nice people. However, billing was slightly deceptive."
