  • "Pricey home builder estimated 1 million dollars to build a 3300 house with normal finishes. If i didn't follow materials prices I would say materials are outrageous high but building materials prices are at a two low almost back to regular pricing. Shop around for a home builder at $300 a square foot this guy must be putting in gold toilets"

  • "Todd, Caroline and the rest of their company are totally professional. As a subcontractor that works for them we could not ask for a better company to do business with. Clean, efficient and always have things well planned out on job sites. Job sites are always spotless and they actually care about the finished product and that all of their customers are happy with the product that they receive."

  • "We had a home built by Addison Homes and moved in June 2020. The quality of the house is pitiful! There are too many issues to be listed here, so we are only sharing a sample: We had problems during construction and even more after we moved in. For example, the closet walls are not square (which became a tremendous problem as we attempted to install a closet system), and some kitchen floor tiles cracked without impact. We also had seven water leaks from five different sources (which finally resulted in Addison removing all the vinyl siding from two sides of our home to correct poorly installed water barrier tape to address two sources), etc. The same vinyl siding was reinstalled, and it looks heinous. We also never received an EPA Indoor airPLUS certificate or proof that any required work (per EPA checklist) was performed. This in itself is a breach of contract. We are convinced that Addison never completed the Indoor airPLUS Version 1 Verification Checklist - we vacuumed all air ducts ourselves after moving in to remove construction debris. When some changes were made to selections (i.e., a plastic septic tank rather than concrete, as stated in the contract), Todd Usher told us there was no financial benefit; the costs are the same. Hindsight, we should have insisted on seeing all financial calculations. We are currently working with a lawyer to get some issues resolved. We highly recommend NOT using Addison Homes."
