"Started working with Matt and it seemed to start out fine. It wasn't long into it that things turned into a nightmare. He failed to communicate and let me know what was going on as I waited around wondering whether or not he was going to show up. He ended up not showing up and when I did get a hold of him he was out snow plowing. I understand with the snow that he probably was not going to come out but I had a hole in my roof that needed to be fixed and I thought he might come shovel it off and get it at least so the water and snow doesn't go through my roof. Which it now has. Now I have damaged items in my garage which I didn't have prior to this point. I called today and left a message to inquire whether he might be coming out. Wasn't sure if he worked Saturdays or if it was going to be Monday but I just wanted to know. He called me back, made some snide remarks and hung up on me. Would not call him again if he was the last roofer within 200 miles."
