  • "I hired this company to fix a roof that had started leaking 14 years after being built. They came, did their work, and I paid them in full. Since this is Northern Nevada, the next time we had any kind of significant moisture was 9 months later, and my roof still leaks. When I contacted them about it, they said it's because of architectural issues, but if it managed to not leak for 14 years, logic tells me the problem is their workmanship. They literally had one job to do and completely failed to accomplish it. Save your time. Save your money. Find another roofing company that is competent in their trade."

  • "This company is completely upside down they don't even know what they're doing. I was looking to replace my roof the estimator Ruben never showed I called to reschedule the lady on the phone Tracy was completely upset as if it was my fault she was extremely rude and hanged up on me. It was over all horrible service very unprofessional."

  • "We went through this company for a recent roof repair. They were quick on the estimate. They wanted a check, so I brought the check to their office. They were not ready to schedule a date for the repair, but insisted that they would call us soon. They never called. Two weeks pass and I call them asking about when the repair was going to be. They said they already did it. I had to go up on my roof and visually check. Turns out, they did. Thankfully, because they cashed the check. What is really irritating is they never called to say when they would do it, never called to say it was done. They stopped by when I was not home. The professionalism of this company is questionable. I hope that they did the job correct, hopefully the ones doing the actual repairs are better than the people running the business."

  • "I work night shift, sleep during the day. Well these guys have been doing the roofs at my apartment complex and it has been a week now of them making a whole lot of noise but not much progress. They seem to be getting very little done each day but the noise and mess they produce is insane. Not to mention they are taking up almost 20 parking spaces this whole time. JUST FINISH THE DAMN ROOF SO I CAN GET SOME SLEEP!"

  • "The absolute worst roofing company to deal with. We sent in a check for a simple roof inspection on a new building, and they received the check almost immediately. But because they didn't get the as-built roofing plans until later, they are now refusing to work with us and send over the report that they already have! Unfortunately, their office manager, Barbara, was less than pleasant over the phone - we are very disappointed in how this situation played out."

  • "Barbara H is the office manager. She is discourteous, rude, arrogant and a disgrace to the company and owner Ruben Gonzales. She lacks ANY concept of courteous customer relations. She feels compelled to tell you she is right-always right. Ruben, you need to have a VERY serious conversation with this employee because she is destroying your business potential. Barbara lacks both the insight and perhaps the intellect to deal courteously with potential customers. In addition, in my personal case ABC demanded 50% up front even when I was providing 80% of the tiles. A reliable and established company completes the work to the home owners satisfaction and then expects payment. This is not a conventional roofing company. I will say that their estimator--Eddie-- is courteous, professional and knowledgeable. ABC's burden is Barbara. Very sad!!!!"

  • "My grandmother needed an emergency repair to the roof on her condo, and I called these guys randomly. Barbara, Eddie, and Enrique were all very courteous and professional. Barbara said they they were pretty busy, but since it was an elderly person that needed help, that she would have someone there asap. Enrique and Eddie were both very informative and answered all my questions thoroughly. Everything was fixed exactly as explained and expected and the quality of their work was outstanding. They fixed the problem while it was raining to try and prevent further damage to my grandmother's property. The repairs were completed within 6 hours of my initial call to them. They went above and beyond. It is all to rare to see a business care about the quality of their work and the satisfaction of their customers as much as these guys. They did a great job and the price was more than fair. ABC - Thank you so much for helping my grandma. - David"
