"We called to have a leak inspected, they showed up and wouldn't even go up and look. They said call someone to clean the gutters. I scheduled that, 3 weeks later the gutter cleaner shows up and tells me there is nothing in the gutters, they're clean. $200 later, and wasted efforts I call to get inspected. Now a month has gone by with WATER invading my home, making the damage 10x worse! They show up, see the problem and never call back with a quote. I call to ask, and they TWICE don't return the call. Ended up using Roof Life of Oregon and within 3 days, problem solved and PROPER. This company is greedy, doesn't communicate, or care. They don't want your business, they want your money. Choose another business."

"Being a home-buyer a second time around gave us more challenges then our first home buy. A new roof was needed ASAP and aside from Lisa, Jeremy was the first in-line of contact. I contacted Jeremy ending of June. The roof was supposed to be redone early July, but due to complications being in the sellers-market I had to postpone to August. Jeremy was very responsive and was more than happy to answer all my questions. He and his team were very patient and understanding when it came to scheduling and doing my roof. Aside from his busy schedule, Jeremy made the time to keep in contact with me as the time got closer for my family and I to finally occupy the home. August 25 came along and the guys did an awesome job! I worked with Jeremy and AA from beginning to end, which is more than I expected! I was quoted an amount in June. The contract mentioned the price fluctuates according to the amount of new plywood needed. Overall price was practically spot on. Trust and respect is a two way street and it's safe to it was given and returned equally! My family and I are pleased with the outcome; effective communication and work. Super friendly staff. Highly recommend!"

"This company is good at what they do but the guy they have managing this business, Jeremy, has the poorest attitude. Nice guy upfront, but when things get a little uneasy he shows his true character. They completed a roofing job for a property our company manages that was quoted really well and done correctly, but during the job he called us and stated there's going to be an additional cost of $5,000 and when we originally asked for them to work with us and with the owner of the property, he came back at us with "it's in our contract so oh well". We did end up making a deal to pay back the extremely high additional cost, but when we signed another estimate to replace a roof at another property we manage, owned by a different owner than the last property, he came back at us and stated we'll no longer do business with you. Just when we thought things were negotiated and in agreement, they apparently weren't.... Very unprofessional company, highly unrecommended due to extremely poor attitudes."

"Was going to shop around for new roof prices when two of my friends told me about AA Rite Way roofing. They had a great experience with the roofers and was the best price that they found. Looked at AA Rite way online and found out it is family owned and a lot of great reviews. My two neighbors to the right of me had their roofs done so I asked who did theirs. One said a company in Vancouver the other one had Rite Way. Rite Way was 7000.00 less then the other neighbor and we all 3 have the same size roof, our house built the same year. Guess what? I went with Rite Way roofing here in Gresham and really did get a great price, quality work, nice workers that had everything cleaned up after they were done. Jeremy was professional, fun and easy to work with. My roof was done yesterday between 8:30 am - 6:30 pm beautiful!! Thank you Jeremy and all who worked on my new roof. Very happy customer and highly recommend them."

"This is an update or revised review of this company. I'm revising my review because since my post the owner contacted me personally and came back to the job site take care of all the problems that I had with the job which were minimal and we've had a long discussion since then regarding the job. They were quick to come back and take care of the problem and I'm very satisfied with the end results. In addition I had five quotes on the cost of replacing the roof of my garage this company was the lowest but gave me the same quality work that any other company would have done with the same or better materials on my roof. I had somebody else work on a different section of my roof and the owner of right way offered to correct the job that wasn't finished by giving people. They sure turn my attitude around big time and I would recommend this company anybody is looking through either repair or replace their roof. I'll say this with the utmost certainty they stand behind their work if there any problems they're quick to respond and take care of the issue. As result next year when I get the house roof replaced I'm definitely calling AA Rite-Way."

"Everyone in AA Roofing was very friendly and wanted to help that was until there was a problem with the job. I'll quoted a price for the roof since they were the lowest bid decided to go ahead and use them. Weeks and weeks went by and I didn't hear from the company. I called them wants to find out when they would be doing the job and Kevin the salesperson he would call and give me notice at a time when they were getting ready to come and do my garage roof. I get call on a Thursday afternoon did they would be out 2 days later on a Saturday. I canceled what I had planned for that weekend in order to accommodate the short notice that I got from the company. Kevin stated it would be a one day job. Here we are over a month later, the roofing job still is has not been completed. I had sent a number of emails trying to find out when the job would be completed if they had a problem with part of the job. The other day I get a call from the owner Jeremy, the first thing out of his mouth as he's going to own my house. This guy was rude, abusive, I totally yelling at me over the phone intimidating me leave me to feel absolutely feeling that I definitely had hired the wrong company to do the job. Is entire attitude with how dare I complain about the work. There were three days where I had to go to Seattle with turning in 4 days because I had a problem with my vehicle. I kept Kevin the salesman informed but my extra day trip and informed him immediately upon my return. I had not heard from Kevin for 5 days after I had been back but did receive that abusive and aggressive call from Jeremy threatening to take my house. The salesman finally came out inspected the job that was done and agreed that part of it was not done correctly. I would not advise using this company under any circumstances. The company is volatile, unprofessional, if you have anything negative to say about the job or have a complaint or concern about the work they are doing, their solution is to attack the customer and be aggressive and threatened them. Pictures attached to this review will show the aftermath of the job that they still have not completed. I highly advise that nobody uses this company and if you do you risk going through a terrible experience such as I have.crushed gutters, improperly installed flashing, and a leak in the back part of the garage due to improper drainage on the roof did they claim as a result of the structure tilting and settling in the wrong direction. I told him it didn't leak before now it does. Their own worker had made a statement that they told the company that when you take off all those layers it wouldn't drain correctly he was told to do it anyway that way. The company is totally unprofessional."

"AA Ritway roofing is professional, fast, and courteous. Installers were efficient and pleasant, and happily answered any questions. The price was the best estimate we received. We ran into more issues than were originally expected, however, even with the extra expense, the final bill (including new gutters) was still less than the other estimates we received. 🙂 AA Riteway roofing is the best in Gresham. Half my neighbors have roofs installed by them, and they are all satisfied customers!!! Keep up the fantastic work! I will highly recommend you to anyone who needs a roof!! Be well!!!!"

"Can’t recommend this company highly enough! I hired them for a tear off and replacement during their busy season. Came out for a quote on a Tuesday, no up-selling, just a genuine guy with a reasonable quote. Even added additional roof vents at no charge. Didn’t expect to see the job done for at least a month. Got a call on Thursday that there was an opening on Friday. The crew came out, who were all very friendly and professional, and did an excellent job. You could barely tell anyone was ever there after they cleaned up and left. I will be using this company for any job I have moving forward and have already referred them to friends. Give them a call, you won’t regret it!"

"Jeremy and his crew were very professional, got the job done fast and looks amazing. I had 2 other companies give me bids that were very close in cost, but Jeremy's bid was exactly what we had talked about and knew exactly what I wanted done and what my concerns were with my roof. The crew that come out was very polite and asked if they could park their truck on my yard to reach the roof better, I didn't mind but I was glad they asked first. When the job was done they cleaned up the mess very well, other then my new roof you couldn't tell they were here! I would definitely use AA Rite-Way again (in 30 years or if me move to another home in the area) and I recommend them to anyone who owns a home in area!"

Communication during the whole process was such a peace of mind, I appreciated knowing exactly what's going on at all times. Even when my garage roof through a wrench in the plans and it was discovered the rafters were rotted out, I was shown exactly what was going on and given options of how I wanted to proceed, no pressure, no stress.
