  • "Price was reasonable and the representative did not throw a bunch of unwanted bull my way, he was professional and to the point. The team they had do my roof did a good sized higher angle roof in a single day. Had siding done as well, satisfied with results and would hire them again."

  • "I have been working with Tri-county on both roofing and siding. The roof is done, looks great. Mitch was fastidious, along with his great crew in clean up. I am working with Rod on siding. He explains the process, materials, and possible bumps in the road. The siding options are great, one using no vinyl or other plastic. Great colors and texture. I am confident that all will go well in the end, even if there are some hiccups along the way. I would highly recommend this company."

  • "Had a new roof and gutter guards installed a few years ago. While inspecting derecho damage, discovered (by many contractors we've had out as well as insurance adjusters) that the roofing was done incorrectly/poorly in many places. Several of the places were issues I pointed out when they "completed" the work originally, but once they were paid, they didn't care to fix or stand by their work. The second floor gabled dormers were handled wrong, directing water dark towards the house and causing water intrusion. The flashings around windows and chimneys were done wrong and nailed to the shingles in a way that damaged them and does not prevent water intrusion. A screw was missing from the flashing around our furnace chimney. A couple of contractors have said that the shingle type used is wrong for our roof (many shingles had blistering and loss of aggregate after a couple of years). The style of our roof and the specific shingle requires some hand sealing between shingle layers (I don't know the technical term but again multiple contractors have mentioned this) as specified by the manufacturer of those shingles, but this was evidently not done."

  • "Tri-County replaced our roof in 2020 and siding in 2021. We had a great experience for both jobs. Rod was extremely patient and helpful in choosing what was right for us. Both crews were fast, efficient, friendly and did an excellent job. The end result is amazing! We highly recommend Tr-County!"

  • "Explained to this man how our insurance required our estimates submitted. He was unwilling to listen and verbally combative. No thank you!"

  • "Tri County called the night before stating they were coming. The next day the siding was ripped off, the siding put on and they were done with our home and unattached garage by the end of the day. A garage window was accidentally broken and the next day they came and replaced the window. Pretty amazing. Our insurance was only going to repair the walls damaged by hail, but because we were on a corner and it would look patchy they called our insurance and explained we were on a corner and would need everything done or it would not look well. We got to have the whole house and garage done. We would highly recommend Tri County."

  • "I looked at the reviews 2 years ago in 2018 and was very impressed with the reviews that this company had and all of the promises that were made during the quote process. They provided a quote that included the total roof replacement and replacing the 3 skylights. They also said they understood what it took to do the intricate parts of my roof. They came and helped patch my roof to stop the leaks while we waited for the spring and the weather to do a replacement. They started on the roof in the May time frame and everything was going great the first day. I came home from work and found that the roof was open and not tarped with a forecast of rain. I tried to call the company, but ended up going up in the dark and putting a tarp of mine on the roof to protect it from the forecast rain. The next day they said that should of not happened, but no apology , acknowledgement that I had to go up in the dark to put a tarp, or even giving me my tarp back that I put on the roof. The second day they took the shingles off and knocked off things on the house that were not mentioned until I brought it up, this included part of the chimney stone that was knocked off when they were shoveling the old shingles off. When the skylights were replaced it became apparent that there was an issue with the skylights and the angle of them to the roof. The reflection of the sun was destroying the shingles on a portion of the roof. They replaced the shingles twice and installed temporary screens on the skylights to prevent the reflection with the commitment that permanent screens would be installed if this solution solved the reflection problem. The screens worked and the company committed to install the new permanent screens in the summer of 2020. In May of 2020 I called the company to understand why they had not contacted me to do the permanent replacement. They said that they had forgotten about the screens and would be out to do the permanent replacement. I had paid in full because they said they would take care of all the issues, something I would not recommend anyone do going forward. It is now January of 2021 and the temporary screens blew off in the wind storm and Tri-County has made multiple commitments to come and install the screens and nothing has been done. In the spring the sun will come out and destroy the side of the roof and they will have to replace it a 4th time. When they were doing the estimate and prior to starting I reminded them that the gables on my roof require extra attention to assure all of the special paper is installed to prevent leaks from ice jams. They said they understood and it was going to be done right. Well on January 2nd 2 days ago I found out it wasn't done right. It is leaking. I have called and emailed them with no response. One of the key things that drove me to Tri-County was their approach to customer service and how they made things right. This is definitely not the case with my roof installation and their lack of follow through has been terrible. I am posting this to help those who are using them this year after the storm to do a roof replacement. My roof was installed in 2019 and is leaking. They committed to fix the issue with the skylights and it is still not done. I guess my 10 year warranty hasn't started yet since they have not completed the job. Definitely an unsatisfied customer that would not utilize them in the future."

  • "Last week a crew of 2 from Tri-County installed gutters/downspouts on both our house and garage. What professionals - friendly, efficient, creative and obviously takes pride in their work. Clean-up couldn't have been better. I'm glad I can recommend them for gutter installation. I can't say the same for their roofing crew. Sue"

  • "Roof work is fine. Was told job would take one day - took 2 1/2. However the job requires (and we paid for) proper preparation and clean-up. That was not done - only one tarp - one tarp doesn't protect entire yard, driveway, porches, steps, around the house and garage. Nails, screws, shingle pieces and paper scraps littered the yard when they left. A phone call sent resulted in a return to complete the job. I'm still picking up 4 days later. Day 3/final day: 3 Mexicans on the roof - one working - 2 standing around chatting. Why were they not cleaning up? I dread gutter installation next week! I hope I can leave a better review for that crew. Will never recommend this company for roof work. Maybe gutter installation? Time will tell."

  • "We had hail damage on our house and garage and this was the first time that we had to deal with these items. You hear horror stories about contracting companies but I can say the exact opposite about Tri-County Enterprises. I spoke with Brandon and he worked great with me and with my insurance company to get my roofs, gutters and screens fixed. The crews that came out to our house were extremely professional and replaced our roofs, gutters and screens with quality products and their clean up was quite impressive, like they were not even there. Mandy did a wonderful job with answering any questions I had about payment processing and emailing me updated invoices so I could send off to our insurance company."

  • "These guys really came through after the storm. They really take care of their existing customers. Was able to get a new roof put on within a few weeks of the storm, before the rain. Eternally grateful for the speed and quality of the work. They are not the cheapest but they do quality work, which is exactly what I wanted. Thanks guys."

  • "After the Derecho the storm took off several Shingles. They took off and repaired our roof in a day with a huge crew! Wow! what a impressive site. Great job. The roofers we interacted with were kind and had great personality! Thanks for doing an efficient job!"

  • "I know everyone is frustrated with the 2020 April hailstorm and the Derecho, but I'm glad I waited with patience and had them install my new roof. After my insurance claim was received, they were able to install a new roof within the insurance guidelines and had it done in less than 6 hours. They use top-quality products so I know my roof will be in good shape for whatever Mother Nature throws at us. Everything from the initial contact to paperwork to completion went great. I highly recommend them!"
