  • "i dont like giving bad reviews but when you place a order for something you expect to get it or at least get a phone call with an explanation as to why you dont have my windows yet. i ordered my windows back in Febuary and was told 8 to 12 weeks, no phone calls, i return home from work and no email not phone calls, i call to ask about my windows and they say oh we have to measure them again. why did you wait until i called why didnt you call to tell me this, remeasure done and they said june, june came and went and no calls no email, i calll where is my windows it will be august, nothing in august, sept i get a call that stated my windows were finished so i called to get a install appointment and then was told no they are not in. now its november and no phone calls no emails nothing. i had to cancel other house projects because of no windows. there is no excuse for poor customer service, especially for something so expensive."

  • "This is the worst company I have ever worked with. Customer service is nonexistent. It took 8 months to complete the installation. When I ordered the windows I was told there was a 12 week waiting period. At 14 weeks I called their "production coordinator" and received no response to multiple calls and e-mails. In frustration I called the original salesman who forwarded my concerns to management. The windows were scheduled for installation 16 weeks after ordering. The installers called the night before and said they would start about 8AM. They arrived at 10:30AM because "they had a late start". Then they insisted on staying until dark (7PM). This occurred all 3 days of installation. They left caulk, silicone and dirt on the windows that they did not clean. I cleaned the inside of all windows but cannot reach the 2nd story outside windows so they remain dirty. They damaged the wood ledge on each side of the 2-story entry by placing 2x8 boards across the entry to install windows without protecting the wood. I had to sand and repaint this area. Several windows did not fit the openings properly and the installers were unsure which windows to use. There were 2-inch gaps (I measured) between the frame and windows to the outside. When I questioned this I was told that is what caulk and trim is for. Fortunately there have been no leaks yet. The triple sliding panel patio door was missing a set of rollers. It took 3 weeks and several e-mails before this was fixed and the door could be used. The installation failed the county inspection twice due to no required paperwork and insufficient installation screws in about 40% of the windows. One of the windows was also missing a locking latch that took 4 months to correct. The only time anything got done was when I complained via e-mail. No one ever expressed concern or offered apologies for the problems, delays and poor service."

  • "It took a 12 full months for my new patio slider and two windows to get installed from start to finish, but in the end, it was all fine. EcoView provided superior customer service the entire time - Shannon, sales rep, Angela, warehouse manager/scheduler, James, the company president, and Brian and Leslie, the installers. There were many bumps in the road, mainly due to Simonton, the brand of windows/door I ordered, was several months behind schedule and their logistics were terrible, but Angela kept me informed of the status. She is kind, patient, and smart! When my new impact-resistant slider panels arrived and my install date was scheduled, James called to inform me that one of my panels had a crack in it from a warehouse accident. He apologized and a replacement panel was put on order at no cost to me. Brian is the most phenomenal door/window guy I’ve ever met! He installed the windows and door with many obstacles put in his path, and he was always professional and solved the problems. My slider replacement panels were just installed today by Brian. He answered all my questions and left me feeling happy with the excellent quality of the door and windows despite Simonton’s logistic issues. Brian is the best! The EcoView price was the most affordable of three quotes I got. Like many companies relying on manufacturers to deliver custom products in a timely manner, EcoView has its fair share of issues with this, and it’s beyond this company’s control when the window manufacturer that I chose is backlogged, delayed, and unpredictable. I was irritated a lot by all that waiting the past year, but I was understanding when I had excellent communication with Angela and James. Steer clear of ordering Simonton brand windows and doors if you want your windows in a timely manner. That said, call EcoView for your window and door needs. This is a locally owned company I definitely recommend! I’m very happy with the results!"

  • "They had installed my windows about 5 years ago , I had made a mistake while trying to clean with the fold down feature and popped the upper window out of the slides.I stopped in the office late on a Friday 30 minutes before they close and immediately 2 of the installers stopped doing the paperwork for the day ,followed me home and fixed it in minutes and showed me how to do it right ,so very pleased !"

  • "When trying to contact them about issues with screen door section of sliding glass doors and to find out about when the inspector will come to inspect do we can take the paper stuff off the windows they installed, all I could get was voicemail boxes that were full. I'm starting to get an extremely poor opinion of this company."
