"West Side Roofing replaced our roof right before we moved into this house. Over the last five years we have had multiple issues with it. Our skylight was replaced and the company who did the work said that the seal that was done during the roof replacement was poor and allowed leaks into the surrounding framework of the window. Our first floor family room had water spots develop on the ceiling (there is a small roof on that adjacent wall). The roof was also installed with the use of turtle box vents instead of a ridge vent (which is standard practice for a house like ours). I reached out to West Side Roofing to see if they could fix some of the leaking issues and it took numerous months to finally get in contact with someone, who turned out to be the owner of the business. He clearly did not prioritize the work. Their foreman came out and determined that the initial work on the first floor roof needed to be redone and it took them another month+ for the repair. I called the owner back three times to report that the repair did not fix it and he said he'd get his repair guy to come back out. I'm still waiting with no response. I would not trust this company to work on an existing roof or replace an entire roof. Not only is the owner unresponsive to his customers but the workmanship seems to be extremely poor due to all of the issues we've had in the past five years."

Not only did he explain in detail the work that needed to be done when he gave me the printed and itemized estimate but was thorough in explaining the insurance process as this was the first time I had to file a claim. I was so impressed with how quickly West Side Roofing was able to take care of my skylights and that his team arrived right at the promised scheduled time.
