Jeff Alexander was great from start to finish of our project! I was amazed by how quickly the entire project was completed, thought for sure it'd be weeks or months knowing the material and labor shortages in today's world. I was on their schedule within two weeks and the crew was finished in two days! The finished project looks absolutely amazing compared to the old brown 3 tab shingles they replaced. My daughters also didn't have a problem watching Matt work at the house for a couple days, according to them "he is HOT"! LOL Most of all, knowing that I now have a 50 year certified roof gives us excellent peace of mind...and that I can pass that on to the next homeowner. "I received an estimate back in October and was told the gutter guards would be installed no later then Thanksgiving. Here we are mid-December and still a no-show! On the rare occasion I can get a hold of someone, he keeps promising he'll call me back with the date they'll be here to do the job. That has yet to happen and he won't return subsequent calls. I'm so discouraged with this company. Updated 12/15/20 - They completed the work yesterday and did a good job!"

This is a large company that is experienced with all types of roofing. Jeff Alexander used this experience and presented it with personal attention to our project. Our home has both the typical shingle style roof and a small flat porch roof. Competitive pricing was very close however, the experience this company has with flat commercial roofs was a major reason we chose them for the project. Communication and punctuality were both good.
