  • "Total roofing put a roof on my house in 2015, they had to return twice to fix leaks, had to paint the inside of my house where the leaks were. They have water directed towards the house on the roof. I found that out this year when I called my insurance agent to look at water damage and mold. Do not use this company, you will have nothing but problems."

  • "Thought they were trustworthy. I fully paid my bill on time for all work. I just got notice of intent (from the supplier) to file a lien against my home because Total Roofing did not pay them for the materials. Total is "sorting it out" but the supplier informed me that they haven't made any payments since Oct. Now I may need a lawyer, even though I paid my bill."

  • "I’ve been trying since last year to get a quote on my attic insulated. Jon has been to my house twice, talked about roof insulation twice, never got a quote. Takes about my deck because I had no idea you guys do decks. Said I would have a quote with an email by 3:30 Friday. Still nothing. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. Throwing money away and good paying customers. What a joke. I have text messages of this man just ignoring my messages since Jan 2021. I would not have someone like that representing my company."
