Takes about my deck because I had no idea you guys do decks. Said I would have a quote with an email by 3:30 Friday. Still nothing. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. Throwing money away and good paying customers. What a joke. I have text messages of this man just ignoring my messages since Jan 2021. I would not have someone like that representing my company."

I cleared my calendar for the block of time specified by the scheduler and they no showed. No call...no text...nothing. oh well, I have moved on to a different roofer.
