"I usually don’t write reviews but I must say that it would not be justified if I kept the amazing experience we have had with Tiger Team all to myself. Yes our new roof which was done in November, 2022 looks fantastic. This is a company that is not your typical company that once the job is complete you are pretty much on your own again. Customer service has truly been exceptional!!! Our beautiful new roof was damaged twice this year since the installation. First in June we had high winds out west in Pines where my neighbors Royal Palm snapped and damaged our roof and now again just last week our house was struck by lightning and again we had roof damage. In both cases I called Tiger Team Roofing and they immediately on the same day of my call came out to check my roof and the repairs were done within 7 days!!! We are extremely impressed with their professionalism and want to thank a few of the employees that have gone above and beyond to get our roof looking great again … a huge thank you to Ray Clarke, Sandra, Stephanie and Marty. We highly recommend Tiger Team Roofing with out a doubt."

"Blown away... literally. My roof needed to be replaced and after calling around for a variety of quotes... they were not the cheapest, but I am sure glad I chose to go with them. I debated on choosing a cheaper company like some of my neighbors did and they are wishing they would have chosen Tiger Team like I did. Aside from being expensive... Tiger Team made it feel like my money was being well spent. They kept me informed the entire process. There was never a day that went by that I didn't know where I was in the process. They coordinated with me before major deliveries, they let me know when I needed to be where and what I had to move to prepare for work happening in the next couple of days so I would be surprised and they kept their word on timelines as much as possible. If they said they were going to be somewhere... they were there. If they said it was variable and subject to change because of supplies and or weather, they gave me a range. The turnaround time from beginning to end has far outpaced other cheaper companies. Neighbors who started their process before me still haven't finished and mine started and finished before their jobs. I would highly recommend Tiger Team for roofing needs. Yes it is expensive, but the cheapest option as proven by the headaches I'm seeing from others isn't the best option. When it comes to having a roof over your head the quality makes me feel better at night. And those cheaper options? They haven't proven to be cheaper. The initial estimates received by others looked cheaper initially, but I've seen that "uh oh" price increases for this or that has driven the cheaper estimates up to right about where it would have cost to have a reputable company handle the job. Kudos go out to Jesus, Gigi, Kevin, Shaun and Roger for a excellent job."
