"Windows were installed without proper caulking and rain entered the stucco exterior causing serious damage to the stucco and interior wall and floor. They came and calked the window and said they would send a general contractor to assess the damage. That was in July, 2021. Subsequent calls were never returned. I continued to leave messages for the Atlanta Area Service Manager, Don Land, for months. I finally called the Sales Dept and was told the General Manager was out but would return my call the next day. That was over two weeks ago! I had a stucco installer estimate the cost to repair the exterior damage ($2,500) and a general contractor estimate the interior damage ($1,500). It has been nearly ONE YEAR since Taylor calked the window and roughly 20 calls with NO REPLY! This is “CUSTOMER NO SERVICE”, and the company is clearly AVOIDING MAKING REPAIRS. DO NOT USE TAYLOR CONSTRUCTION CO. I will have the repairs done and will likely have to file a law suit to get them to cover the cost of their negligence."
