  • "They are a very disorganized company. We had Karl the VP, come and give us a quote, he was quick and responsive. Once the office sent us the contract it was wrong, they had to send it again for it to be correct. They told me once they received it they would call and schedule the work. The following week I was emailed another contract to sign, different from the other 2, even though I had already signed the electronic contract and sent it back. They stated they didn't have it and would keep looking for it. They told us scheduling was 2 weeks out but could never give us a confirmed date of service. After a month of running around still not giving us a confirmed date, they would continually say I'll call you back by the end of the day and they never would. When you reach out to them they act like they've never helped you before. When I told them to cancel our contract we'd find another roofer they just said okay, the VP didn't even care they were losing business."
