"Signature also replaced two windows on our third floor. Dustin and Chris were friendly and on time. The windows look great and the minor roof repair was done. They noticed a problem with part of a gutter and fixed it. Communication could have been better. Update: Although our contract states that Signature will remove and re-install our back porch steps, they have chosen not to do this. There was some rotten wood which we said we would pay to replace that wood. So we are left with no stairs from the back porch to the yard. This is particularly inconvenient since we have a dog. We are not sure what our next steps are."
