"I called Pro Roofing because I had a roof leak which needed attention as soon as possible. Addison & Joanna came out right away and took some drone photos of the roof. When I asked if someone would go up and inspect the roof, Addison made a call to Chris Friesz who came quickly. Chris inspected the roof and took photos of some issues that needed to be addressed. He explained how the repairs would be done and answered all my questions & concerns. He then went to pick up some additional supplies while Alex worked on the repairs. Chris stayed on the roof with Alex (on a hot day!) so he could take photos to show me the progression of the work and to assure me that the roof was repaired and cleared of debris. The entire team was very prompt & professional."
