    "were the most qualified, thorough, professional, courteous, helpful and beneficial company I talked to. The sales rep not only convinced me they were the ones for the job but was also able to prove it by negotiating with our insurance adjuster about exact details that needed addressed and either adjusted or included in our claim. He went through all the proper channels to obtain the necessary job permits. He consumed other jobs and contracted them out so we would only have one payment to one contractor. He was willing, eager and able to climb up on our roof and perform emergency repairs and patches to prevent further structural damage and protect the integrity of the building contents until the new roof could be installed. When the crew came to install, the supervisor introduced himself, explained in detail the process and what I could expect. He addressed all my concerns and accommodated my customers to the best of their ability which prevented me from losing any business because of the construction. The entire crew was respectful and courteous, they worked with integrity, a deftness that comes from experience and expectations of a high quality job performance. They did not disappoint. Follow up with accounting and reception after job completion was again; helpful, respectful and courteous. I have nothing but good things to say about this company and the job their people did for us."
