He clearly communicated what to expect, and kept us updated on progress as they worked. His son Jarrett Parker was also very professional, and a pleasure to work with. They say the best is in demand, and sometimes you have to wait. Well, Parker roofing is top of the line craftsmanship so we did have to wait, but the wait was worth it. Scott and his wife made sure to keep us posted on when they would be available for our project. And, when a date became available they were here on time as promised. "They will only honor there work if you can wait 2 months for them to even check on the problem. I have left no less than 10 messages and no one will call you back. The girl who finally answered the phone could care less that my roof was leaking. I regret ever using them to roof my home. My suggestion would be to check the Better Business Bureau ratings."
