Very unacceptable and because of the huge down payment they require she is now out $28,000 and the floor was installed way out of square. So bad that not even one seam is tight. They were also supposed to install a jacuzzi tub in her bathroom but never returned. To top it all off they installed a shower faucet that is set too hot for my uncle to even take a shower.
