  • "Number 1 on my book. Quality installation and materials. Concierge treatment from Alex Henning."

  • "I am updating this review as due to it, the company reached out to me and we discussed the problem. There was miss communication between the phone call with the contractor and I that caused confusion as well as a miss understanding of the issue on how a 5 year old roof had a leak. The initial assumption (on my part anyway) was that I was being brushed off as it was "out of warranty" and sent to a random roof company. Turns out the contractor is someone who works closely with the company and does repairs for them. Once the contractor came out and inspected the problem he determined that the cause of the leak was more of an unfortunate event (no ones "fault") but in the sense of customer service they were going to fix the issues without any additional charges. I appreciate the follow up from the company as well as good will to solve the issue. Thank you to NCI and Sung for making this right for me."

  • "If you would have asked me in 2018 I would have given them 5 stars and proclaimed from the rooftops how great they are. Now however, 5 years after the install of a 30 year roof (which they told me would be a 50 year roof because of how they install it), I have a leak that damaged the inside of my home. I left them a message to ask for a call back to discuss this. Honestly, 5 years into a brand new roof should not be leaking, and regardless of their warranty on labor, this is a sign of poor quality work in my opinion. Instead of calling me back to discuss the quality of their workmanship, they just sent my call to a 3rd party who called me to schedule a $200+ repair. I feel there should have been a call from the company to me to discuss the issue, so we could come to an understanding on how my brand new roof did not last 1/4 of the years it was supposed to before it failed. You can call it "wear and tear" but no one in my home is up on the roof dancing, so there is nothing to wear out. If the roof failed after 5 years, then its due to their product quality or install quality."
