They are prompt and respond quickly when you are in need. They fixed an area of damaged roof caused by a satellite dish installation on my roof. Not only were they professional in the job that they did, they even cleaned my gutters out after they did the job. They cleaned up after themselves, leaving no trace of debris behind. "Everything was great when they did my roof in 2020, but this year when I had roof damage, they came out once, refused to put a tarp on the roof (even though the situation was more severe this time and water is coming into my living room), and I can’t reach them on the phone. The man I spoke to went behind my back and called my stepdad (a non-owner and non-resident), saying, “I don’t do business with kids.” Referring to me, a 31-year-old woman. The other person I spoke to was very rude about it and I can’t contact them in any way. Don’t use them, something has changed and it’s not good."
