"McCoy Roofing helped us through the process of an insurance claim for hail damage to our home. They replaced our shingled roof, repaired soffit and fascia damage, installed gutter leaf guards and replaced some siding. Austin Wells was the project manager. He went above and beyond to help get the insurance claim handled in a timely manner, and thoroughly explained all costs incurred. He was an excellent communicator, always checking in on progress and informing us when crews were scheduled to arrive. As everyone else has experienced recently, there were a few delays in getting siding material due to supply chain issues, and Austin kept us informed of expected shipment dates. Each of the crews that worked on our home were on time, very respectful and did a great job of clean up when they completed their work. We highly recommend McCoy Roofing! They are friendly, professional, and reliable."

"Austin is the man! He made sure the materials were delivered, the crew got to my home, and work competed for roof & gutter replacement. As well as adding needed gutters to the garage. My friend had McCoyfor their roofing experience, and highly recommended. I just bought this 1945 house a few months ago, and really need help. Initially when he & Stacy (I believe was the other gentleman) viewed my home for estimate, we discussed replacing the rotting back door and installing storm doors since water leaks noticeably into the back entry when it rains. However, at final bid that could not be included since the company just started to do roofing exclusively. But Austin did assure me that even tho their company no longer can assist me with that portion of my home project, he would find me a reputable company near me that can do that work. I do not know when that will be, but I pray soon being this is rainy season 😉 Austin also made sure this new roof is up to code in a much needed areas that it was not, and adding attic venting. "I called McCoy roofing for a small job repairing some shingles that had blown off. I had a sales guy come out to my house and inspect the roof because they came highly recommended from a friend. I thought it wouldn't be a big deal to get a quote and possibly fix the issue. My sales guy said he would get back to me the next day with a quote. The next day came and went without hearing from him. I called him the next day after that and he apologized and said he got busy and that he would get back to me the following morning. He never got back to me at all and was a big disappointment for me not to get a simple quote for what would seem to be a quick repair job. It gave me the impression that they didn't care to do smaller repair work nor do they care about customer service. I went with White Castle instead and had a very positive experience. They will get my business in the future."
