I even decided on a color match from a paint swatch. I love it the color came out excellent. They even came by and checked twice to make sure I was happy with the results.     "Third Update: 6 weeks and one BBB complaint later and they sent somebody to fix the problem! The complaint seems to have triggered their response. It turned out that some packing material was stuck in the part that makes the seal and was keeping it from popping into place, so sloppy installation. But the person that showed up was very nice and very professional. Second Update: One month later and still no appointment to fix the gap. And I still get mail from them trying to get me to use them again! Update: Down to one star. Two weeks since install. Still no schedule for fixing the gap under my door. They have called back once or twice, but can't seem to find a time and then just don't call back. After a reasonably good experience with a wood stove install, I thought to have them come replace a sliding glass door with french doors and change out a window. The salesman was very prompt, but the work wasn't done until a month beyond their original window. Billy and Alan did show up at their scheduled time and completed the work amazingly quickly. However, they left a significant gap below the door, which leaked enough air that the heat stayed on in that room continuously until I blocked the bottom of the door with a heavy blanket. Louise called the next day to check on the work, and when I mentioned the problems (the window leaks a little air also) she said she would get right on it. A week later and a follow-up from me and there has been no action and no communication. The check for the final payment was cashed promptly, but that's the only promptness since the salesman. Due to their insistence on a huge downpayment, but inability to control their suppliers to allow timely completion of work, and then lack of follow-up, I would not recommend Dreamstyle."
