I have gotten a few knocks on my to compliment me and ask about it. Everyone is surprised that it is artificial, since it looks so natural. The insurance process was long, but that's not their fault. They were always in contact and very quick to get a hold of. The work quality was very good. The number one thing I'd say about them is that Donovan was very professional and honest. Those are two very important qualities in a contractor. I would recommend them."
