It took nearly two weeks to even get in contact with the individual that schedules quotes. Then, he sent over a time and date and I confirmed. Come the day of the appointment for our consultation/quote....he's a no show. I'm not sure if it's a staffing issue or what but I can't imagine how they could have secured a contract with a major local builder if they conduct business like this."
