  • "Applied for a job over 2 months ago..Linda told me to fill out a application and send it back to her. I did. I've called her several times. Left her voice-mail and email. Never to heard from her again. I talked to someone else in the office , they took my info and gave her the message. Then I got sent to human resources and they never responded either. I would like any type of response to my application."

  • "This contractor was hired to restore our condos in Gulf Shores, AL after damage from Hurricane Sally. Project was originally to be completed in July of 2021. Company can not meet deadlines, project completion was pushed back to October 2021, then December 2021 and now May 2022! There are no signs that it will be completed by that date. Zero urgency on the contractors part to finish the project. We all understand the difficulties of the supply chain and the struggle to find labor in this time, but this company entered into this contract well after Covid was a thing. In a recent meeting with homeowners a representative from the company alluded to planning for this project from a cocktail napkin drawing! What a joke! It appears that they are in way over their heads and can't handle a project of this magnitude. UPDATE: Now July 2022. Still not in our units. They are telling us August, but can’t believe any date given to us at this point. They must have lost the cocktail napkin! Pretty sure this company also asks board members (or pays them maybe?) to post positive reviews that counter bad reviews of the owners negatively affected by their incompetence. Compare HOA board member posts vs. owner posts and note the difference. UPDATE #2: FINALLY allowed back in our units on August 31, 2022. Claremont would not allow owners, contractors or realtors in for even simple tasks like measuring and taking photos throughout the rebuilding process. Comments made by contractors we worked with said this practice is unheard of. I would qualify the construction quality in our unit to be fair to good. We did not have any significant issues in our unit, one light fixture is having some issues, the paint quality was not great and there are some walls that are not perfectly square/level. Other than that no complaints after completion, for this I will up my rating to a 2*. Timeliness and being accessible and communicating with owners they deserve a 1* or lower, but construction quality was OK."
