  • "Last year this process started with Ryan... we still have work not done on our house, but this company will not return my calls. I've emailed them several zillion times. I've tried to call, but that was no help. I would never recommend this company to anyone!!! I would like to know how I can either get my money back or if they will complete the work. At this point I dont know if I should get a lawyer. This is so wrong because they(Ryan) harassed me back in Jan/Feb to pay them in full... and now look at me!!!!"

  • "I was contacted by a company I initially though was Citywide Roofing, turns out it was actually a 3rd party company they buy appointments from. The 3rd party company asked me if I would like a free roof inspection, I was reluctant but it was free and no obligation. The day of the appointment a gentleman named Kurt showed up wearing a company polo shirt and was very informative and upfront about the fact that his company used a 3rd party to schedule their appointments and was very apologetic about the fact he wasn’t exactly sure how they got my information. Initially I was a little taken back by the number of tattoos Kurt had, but quickly realized he was very knowledgeable about construction and roofing. He did a through inspection of our roof, showed me photos of the damage, showed me using 3rd party software the storms that had hit my home and offered to assist me with the claims process. I have been through this process before and I really liked Kurt’s, matter-of-fact, not pushy or hard selling. He explained that if we called the claim in today he would assist and make sure he was present for the Adjustment with the insurance company. He told me my insurance company was known for being difficult getting to pay claims and I had no idea that my gutters, stucco, and 2 windows were also damaged. Kurt made sure that my adjuster saw the additional damage he found previously and he even made sure my adjuster new the specific local building codes in my community so that the claim accounted for the local building code requirements. Overall Kurt, did every thing he said he would during the process. He upgraded my shingles at his expense and the only out of pocket costs I had was for my deductible, he did off us a fee to put a sign in our yard and we were allowed to put that against the deductible and he also let us make payments on the deductible over 3 months. We were very satisfied w Citywide Roofing and Exteriors, they did a great job, everything passed inspection and they even offered a warranty for the workmanship & materials. The shingles he upgraded got me a discount on our Homeowners Insurance premium and I even referred our neighbor to Kurt and as far as I know she is very satisfied with the service she has received."
