What I thought was a simple roof repair became a full roof replacement with complete tear down. After getting 3 bids and researching GAF roofing, I chose to go with Chase Construction. One of the best decisions I've made. Being a Tudor, our house has very steep slopes with complicated dormer areas and different slopes. Jesus and his crew did an amazing job. They were meticulous, hard working, and very communicative. I was concerned about the newly installed installed landscape, but they were very careful. They cleaned up at the end of each day and there was no trace of debris when they finished. And the roof looks great. I couldn't be more pleased with it. I highly recommend Chase Construction."

We had a few days delay from the scheduled date due to weather backing up other jobs, but they did a good job communicating and showed up exactly when they said they would. "I had a leak in my GAF roof, but it was still under warranty. GAF referred Chase Construction to me stating these guys were the authority on GAF roofing system and repairing it. After the initial consultation, done in late February, we then had to wait for the GAF people to get us the materials (matching roof shingles) we need for the repair. But as soon as they came in , they called me and were out within 2 days and repaired the roof within 3 hours.They showed me the initial photos of the leaking area and then after the repair was done. It looks great but when we get our first big rain/wind storm or snow/ ice storm I will then know how well they did. But so far I am impressed with their work and professionalism"
