"From the first day I met Peyton Myrick, who was just passing through my neighborhood, to the time of final payout … per professionalism. There was never any pressure to purchase the services of CJ Dean’s Roofing! Samuel Beam & Peyton made sure we understood all that would take place. They even had demos of the materials that would be used. Once we agreed we wanted them to do the work they informed us that Ms Ashley & Ms Wendy would be our point of contact and I gotta tell ya these ladies know how to get the job done! They immediately made contact with us, told us they would handle everything with the insurance company and they DID! Next she informed me Randy was the Project Mgr and that he would be in contact with us and the next day I was on the phone with him setting up time for pics etc. Days later they’re at the house putting on a new roof. Now of course there’s a hiccup with the insurance company for final payout but once again Ms Ashley got her game face on an gets the job done. In a matter of days I get an email from the insurance company that the check is on the way! Now people are stopping by or see at Walmart talking about how beautiful the roof is.
