"Had a leak in the roof that caused three areas of rotted OSB. Received a quote to fix the leak and replace the damaged OSB. When the roofer came, he fixed the origin of the leak but did not repair all of the damaged OSB that I was quoted and paid for. Good thing I had access to that area of the attic to see from the inside! I called Will, the project manager, and after some back and forth, he arranged for Micah, the roofer, to come back out and finish the job as quoted. Will also joined. Perhaps just a case of miscommunication and I appreciate that they stuck to their word and finished the job. I wish I didn't have to make the case to finish the work or check the work to make sure it was done as promised, but let that be a lesson for any homeowner. Stick to your guns and be clear about what was quoted. I would work with them again in the future, Will and Micah were good guys and I would recommend them."
