"After meeting with an estimator, (at our daughter’s house because her work schedule would not allow her to set up an appointment) for a quote from Brad Smith Roofing, I had to contact him several times just to get the initial quote sent to me. I asked the estimator to contact my husband because he had a few questions, and wanted to have something added to the quote. Multiple written and oral requests were made, over several months, to get that quote. I sent my final email request Saturday, CC’ing the Vice President and the Office Manager. Today is Wednesday and we have not gotten a return email or phone call. Five months have passed, and now it is too late in the year to have the project done. I will no longer beg this company to allow me to spend $15,000+ with them. Our search for a roofing company that appreciates their customers will move on. Not worth spending any additional time on Brad Smith Roofing. If you are looking for a roofing company, my suggestion is to keep looking! (Just to be clear I monitor my SPAM and junk folder!)"
"Brad Smith Roofing has been a great company to work with. They have done roofing, siding, and gutters on my house.
