"Altec Roofing gets an A+++++ rating from me. I noticed a water spot on the ceiling of my kitchen. An Altec representative said the caulking on the 2nd story window above the water spot was old, cracked and allowing water intrusion at the window. This water intrusion was causing the water spot in the kitchen ceiling which is directly below the 2nd story window. Altec Roofing did not charge me anything. 2 other companies looked at the issue and both said I needed work on my roof. Both companies quoted me in the range of $3k to fix the problem. One of the 2 companies did not even get on the roof. Instead he looked at the roof from the ground and made his estimate. I will now have a painting contractor caulk all of my windows for a lot less than $3k. It pays to do business with a company like Altec Roofing that knows what needs to be done to correct a problem."
