"Overall, I am pleased with the end product. We were able to get an estimate very quickly. The sales reps who came out were professional, down-to-earth, and genuine. They even helped me with my dog who got out during the estimate! Once the estimate was complete, financing was quick, easy, and also moved along quickly and they came out and did the project within the next week and.half after the initial estimate. The team that came out was perhaps the most hard working crew I had ever seen! There were a couple of things that were done incorrectly on the initial install, and they made sure those concerns were addressed and done correctly. It did (in my view) take some time for them to come back and fix things. Which is no problem-I just would have liked more of a timeline. Sometimes communication was abrupt and it did require me reaching out a couple of times before a crew came back, which is why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars. But again, at the end of the day-the roof looks great, price was competitive and everything was good to go before the first payment so I am well pleased, thanks!"
