  • "They came by and fixed a small hole in my roof at no charge. I was just thrilled that in this day and age they went out of their way to do something like that."

  • "Contract signed for 35k turned into 55k (bait and switch) and the roof was installed with old damaged shingles. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!"

  • "Noticed Leak in roof 2019 had work done by A-Plus Roofing. had appointment for inside drywall to be replaced but the pandemic hit and I put off having the inside done . Had a hugh rain storm a few months later and I noticed roof leaking in same place . Called A-Plus and I was told I would get a call back around the last week of Nov 2020. No one called me back so I contacted A-Plus again the first week of Dec 2020. Spoke to someone who claimed they will send out an inspector and I would get a call before they showed up . I was at work when the tenant from the first floor called saying the inspector was there . He came and inspected the wrong roof gave me an estimate for a roof that needs no work. I contacted A-Plus again spoke with someone late Dec 2020. Today Feb 15th 2021 contacted company again was told owner was out of town and someone would contact me ASAP. I had no problem speaking to someone with authority before I hired them . Now that my bill is paid in full ,they're acting like I'm a collection agency . Avoiding there're bad work. I don't expect for anyone to get on top on my snowy roof right now but I do expect for the company that did the original work to stand behind what they charge for . If my roof still leaks after your company inspected it and told me what was needed and I paid for what I was told was needed . I don't expect my roof to leak again less then 12 months after having work done, but if something was overlooked I do expect for the professional company to stand behind something they charge thousands of dollars for ."

  • "STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Ivan is a storm chaser and a Crook. He should never be worked with ever!! He did work for my Mother-in-law starting about 2yrs ago when there was a massive hail storm in her neighborhood. He was one of many companies trolling the neighborhood who knocked on the door that day. He tried to get paid up front from the insurance. He would disappear for weeks or months on end and not respond to calls and continue to ask for more money without a proportionate amount of work being completed. He overcommits to work and subcontracts it out. You never know who you are going to get and when they might actually show up to do the work. It took me over a year of helping my mother-in-law manage Ivan by way of withholding money to get him to try and complete the project. A year for new roofing and new siding to be complete from the date of contract is absurd. The project was never 100% completed and ultimately we negotiated parting ways. If you would like to know more by all mean PM me and I will let you know anything you would like. I have worked with a lot of contractors and this guy was the most unprofessional company i have ever had the experience of crossing paths with. I would recommend anyone needing these services to look elsewhere unless you are looking for a full time job sending countless emails, leaving numerous voicemails, and project managing your own repair which will likely never get done."

  • "Ivan Petrov and his crew were fast, efficient, and extremely professional, and I was extremely happy with the work. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone in need of roofing work. I am a new homeowner and knew very little about the hail damage/Roof Repair process. Ivan walked me very patiently and carefully through the entire process of creating an agreeable work estimate, working with my insurance company for payment, writing an inclusive contract for extra garage repair I was in need of, working around my schedule and after the down payment did not expect me to pay a single penny more until all contractual payments were aligned between A+ Roofing and my insurance. The work was executed beautifully and Ivan's crew followed through until every crack and rotted board in my dilapidated garage were replaced or fixed. The roof is beautiful, the gutters are flowing, the gables are painted, and the new door they custom fit into my garage is water tight! A+ work, team. A+ work! (oh, and of course, Ivan wore a mask when he came to discuss any work matters with me)"

  • "Do not know how to take a hint or are satisfied until you give into them! You tell them you lease and dont own the building and do not give out contact info for owner. "Great way to get someone off of the phone", then CLICK. I'm sorry, but if someone wants or needs their roof replaced, they will look for someone, and hopefully it is not this company with a rude employee."
