  • "It is a horrible experience. They didn't follow a signed contract. Based on the contract they should remove existing layer of roofing material inspect everything, provide and install new underlayment . They left the old one and tried quickly install the shingles. After they got caught doing that they said they wanted to save me money. Then they wanted to leave wet moldy and rotten plywood on the top of my house. I stoped the work and wanted to replace it. They said they have to replace it all and used a different thickness. No change order was issued. I only wanted to replace the bad stuff. Then they forgot inspections. Once the inspectors came they failed the roof twice. The second time the inspector issued several deficiencies/code violations. It took 9 weeks to correct and there is a additional charge on the final invoice for the plywood replacement as well for correction of the code violations. Perry roofing knew about the fact that the roof needs positive drainage but choose to ignore that and hoped not to get caught. After they got caught they had to fix it to pass the final inspection. But they want to charge that to me. Stay away everyone. .This is just an update since everyone can read the review that I wrote 2 month ago. There was note from the owner stating that they are reviewing my complain and that they will contact me shortly. As I said it's been 2 month and I didn't hear a word. They came again about a month ago to repair a leak and fix some shingles that fell down. Remember the roof is 6 month old. Well yet again I see that you have a problem to tell the truth. There are things that are not true but not from my side. Taking over a project that someone else started may be a problem but I didn't want you to finish what he did I wanted to do everything all over again as per signed contract. You breached the contract. And certainly I wasn't happy with how thi ngs were going or even how the roof is now but physically striking your supervisor. Well that is the biggest lie yet. Especially there was never any supervisor present at least not when I was at the property. So I hope you have a nice day."

  • "Perry Roofing just completed today installing a new 1 piece TPO roof on my very large warehouse. It had a tar & gravel roof that was 25 years old, which they originally put on. Perry Roofing is a 1st class company with supervision throughout the job including their own safety inspector which gave me lots of peace of mind. They gave me great quality at a very competitive price. I would definitely recommend this firm to anyone. John Cousins Gainesville, Florida"

  • "So happy with the new roof! Came home one day to see the equipment in the yard and the next day when I came home it was done. The hardest thing about the entire process was picking out the right color. It looks so great!! Love it!"

  • "I decided to stay home when I had my newroof installed because I was curious as to the process. I had no idea how much work and detail there was to both removing my old roof and putting on the new roof. Jorge and his team were actually a little early, which was a pleasant surprise. They were professional and did a great job. The new roof is beautiful!!"

  • "This review is regarding Perry Roofing in High Springs, FL They installed a new roof on my 3800 square foot house in High Springs, FL. They did EVERYTHING they promised to do, and more. The whole thing from start to finish was effortless on my part. Every day they cleaned up around my house. They were timely, they were polite, they were professional, they are craftsmen. The job was done perfectly. It is rare these days to find people who have the work ethic these contractors exhibited and clearly live by."
