  • "So I changed my rating from 5 stars to 2 stars..and they only got that because they did do a good job on our roof last year, (2020). This year we called to have additional major work done, siding repairs, fascia boards, painting, gutters, etc. The sales rep never showed up. We called the office for a week before talking to someone to finally get a second appointment for the following week. This time, the rep showed up, but to this day we never received our estimate. He kept promising it to us and told us it would be worth the wait, so we waited for another 3+ weeks before giving up further contact. All of this began in June, 2021 and this is now August 2nd. Not a good way to treat repeat cash paying customers. We will be using a different company."

  • "I’ve used Dr Roof on multiple occasions over the past two years. Their team is great and very responsive. It’s the only roofing company I plan to use."

  • "Do not recommend! They'll spend all of 2 minutes with you discussing your concerns for an estimate and they didn't complete the work during the first visit. Then after much hounding, needing clarity, or just someone to talk to, they have someone come back to NOT even do what needed to be completed in the first place. They're listed everywhere but you're better off going with a less busy company that has the time to do it right the first time."

  • "Great company, honest and on time to their appointment. Dan came over to provide an assessment and the potential need to replace my roof. He did a proper job, walked the roof, and explained everything clearly. He provided honest feedback, and surprisingly that my roof was in fact still in good shape. Good straight honest people, no up selling and nothing extra. Although I had no work for them this time, they’ll certainly be the ones I go to for any roof repair or replacement in the future."

  • "Dr Roof took advantage of my 93 year young mother & me installing a shoddy (supposedly new) roof back on January 24, 2019. The initial roof replacement cost of $9,500 jump to $14,100 that still to this day has a lot of underline issues. Rotten, delaminated, cracked and warped decking was shingled over. We now have a roof leak that can not be found until a good rain in order for them to use a IR camera. They refuse to use a water hose to find the leak said a leak would definitely be found. Also a unrelated issue with a plumbing vent boot has been found that will cost us an additional $430. Per Dr. Roof the plumbing boot work "must" be performed by them only in order to reinstate our roof warranty on left slope of home. A lien was placed on the property (without warning) even though I received written & a voicemail message from their accounting department stating the remaining balance could be delayed until the final inspection of the roof was completed. (Finding a non bias inspector was a challenge because many if not all had previously worked for Dr Roof.) I reached out to the CEO Paul Stoeppelwerth to discuss my roof issue early on which was a waste of time. I was called recently, around September 2020 out of the blue by a employee of Dr. Roof asking about a roof leak months before a leak was found. Not only do I feel this company is biased and their employees are disrespectful and rude. My rating for this company is less than 0."

  • "It was a pleasure to have Dr Roof install a new roof on my house. Any & all personnel were pleasant & professional. I was very satisfied with the job completion. Thank You"

  • "We had our roof completed by Dr. Roof a few years ago. Recently, we had a tiny attic leak due to an error caused by the installation of a new furnace in the attic and a few days of hard rain (PVC pipe in attic was jiggled and inverted a vent piece on top of the roof). Sean B was great! Sean was able to identify the problem (he has years of experience), fix the issue for us, and showed us before/after pictures of the problematic spot. Also, Sean went above what was expected; he nailed in a loose gutter nail & pulled out some gutter leaves as he was ascending to the roof top."

  • "We used Dr Roof and, unfortunately, had a very bad experience. We hired them following a recommendation by a neighbor to fix a leak in the roof above the living room. The estimate, which also served as a contract, clearly provides a 1-year warranty. The leak has not been fixed, it still persists, so much so that we have to use towels every time it rains hard. However, the original sales representative, James W, insists that the warranty does not cover the leak issue. He proposed additional work, and, of course, at an additional and significant charge. Entirely dishonest. Very disappointing experience. Stay away from this company."

  • "As as association manager in the Atlanta area, I have been usind Dr Roof for years, they are my go to roofer. The quality of the repairs they have done to many, many roofs for me is top-notch. We just replaced a full roof on a condo building in Alpharetta, not one complaint from any resident, the job was done quickly and correctly with tons of communication to me and the homeowners! They will always be my first choice!"

  • "In the process of buying a house...had to get someone out quickly to get a estimate for a tv antenna removal and roof inspection...thought of Dr Roof who I have used in past but it had been several years. Well I’m here to say that they still are very professional and was extremely pleased with how Dee arranged my call and how James provided a detailed estimate. Will always use Dr Roof for any roofing needs! Great Job!"

  • "This is the second time we used Dr. Roof. Ten years ago we used them to install a new roof at our previous home, and when inspected this year the inspector said it remained in excellent shape. This year they replaced the roof and gutters at our new home. The job was done professionally and on time. All parts of the organization were great to work with and I would highly recommend Dr. Roof for their services."

On July 24, 2019 a inspector report addressing the plumbing pipe was approved by Dr Roof stated to address this issue with the plumber. Which I forwarded the inspector report to the plumber. • "I filled out form to request new roof quote a couple days ago. Also asked about gutters. Have yet to hear from them. Figured I get an email at least since that info was taken. I guess I'll call someone else. Edit: I don't know how to reply back but thanks for responding so quickly. You can call me tomorrow anytime after 9am or now. Got an email? Not sure how to reach you and I don't want to post my number publicly. Maybe you have my info based off name. Edit2: Still no call...plenty of others willing to do the job."

  • "The technicians replaced all damaged shingles even though the shingle count was greater than the original estimate. They were very thorough"

  • "I have had a need to have roof repairs on my home and another family members property, they are on time, fairly priced and do a great job. Respectful of my little knowledge of roofs will explain and ensure I understand what is needed. I have not had an issue with any of the work, needless to say I have had to have them fix another companies mistake. They explained what went wrong, advised me to check out if I had any warranty before they would do any work or charge me for the repair. Honest, dependable, the workers take pride in their work. I will use Dr. Roof for all my roofing needs."

  • "They originally installed the roof. It needed a small repair on the ridge vents. They came, they fixed, they left!!.I'm happy and would not hesitate to call them again."

  • "I serve on the board for my townhome association. There are 244 homes in our community, ranging from 14-17 yrs old. From the start of the process, Jeff and the team at Dr Roof were timely with quotes and responses to our questions. Listened to our needs and project management concerns, then proposed sensible solutions and offered quality product choices. Prior to beginning the project, the board met with Hector the onsite supervisor who oversaw the project and coordinated communication to the upcoming homes. They worked well with parties who had specific needs for driveway access during the project. We have completed 2 phases or 2/3's of the community without complaints. Not to mention, we have had several compliments from homeowners. If you have served on a board or just attended a board meeting, you will know that compliments are few and far between but complaints fall like rain. For this scope of project to receive none is unheard of. Whether you have one roof or several hundred, I recommend giving Dr Roof a call."

  • "Had Dr Roof come out to get a skylight repaired they gave an estimate and had me sign it agreeing for them to do the work, they did not contact me to schedule the job and never returned any of the phone calls I made to try to schedule. Finally a month later a get a text message saying that they will be doing the repair 12/11/20 and that they will leave a door hanger, take photos and will send a text msg when they are done. None of that happens. Now a month later I'm receiving an invoice when as far as I know no work has been done and I still can't get in touch with anyone. Will never use them again completely unprofessional the only time you can get in touch with them is when they want new business!"

  • "Dr. Roof is an excellent roofing company. Their staff was always professional, knowledgeable, patient and consistently provided great customer service. Further, I would like to give a special thanks to Billy, Heidi, Lori and Denis for going the extra mile throughout the roofing process! I strongly recommend utilizing Dr. Roof for all of your roofing needs."

  • "From the first contact with Don Goodrick to the last detail of new chimney cap installation it was a great experience. Huso was great to work with and Meredith & Heidi in the office kept me updated during the project. Dr. Roof repaired water damaged siding and rebuilt my water damaged chimney. They then installed a new roof. Very professional and quality work."

  • "I’m in the middle of a wind/hail roof damage claim and Chris Buckley from Dr Roof has been amazing to deal with. He helped diagnose the damage and has been instrumental in dealing with the multiple adjusters. He’s very knowledgeable, professional and a true pro. This is the second time I’ve done business with Dr Roof and they are exceptionally good. Highly recommend them."

  • "Dr. Roof is currently doing a big job in my townhome community. I have a fence with locked permanently locked gates. Hector and his crew were so accommodating to help me, even though I had made their job harder. They made special arrangements to work around my fencing situation. The crew was friendly, professional, and respectful of my property. I would recommend them to anyone looking to replace a roof. I am so grateful for this team of hard working people, dedicated to customer satisfaction!"

    - M.R.

  • "Dr. Roof was great to work with, and Lori who manages their office was super helpful as I'm managing a property from out of state! They helped me avoid a total roof replacement by correctly diagnosing the issue as a needed repair, gave me a very reasonable quote for that repair work, and worked with my management company to get the work done quickly and efficiently. My management company even beamed about the experience of working with them, and I would go back to Dr. Roof for any future needs, including one day a full roof replacement."
