  • "Really enjoyed meeting this team today! I had no idea they also do concrete, masonry and carpentry jobs, even smaller jobs! Can't wait to work with them in the future."

  • "We used Aspen after a hail storm in our area. We were ensured that our roof, guttering, and siding would be replaced and the job completed within two weeks. FOUR MONTHS later we are finally trying to wrap things up with this company. We repeatedly were told things were completed when they weren’t. Then we had to wait to have a crew come out to “complete the job” that would still end up not being done. Their crew left trash in our yard from their lunches that we had to ask that they pick up after themselves. After asking them to submit a final invoice to our insurance company for months so we could just be done, they finally did. They sent a final invoice to us to pay on a Monday, called and Tuesday to ask when we were paying, then mailed a certified letter on Wednesday saying if we didn’t pay within 10 days they were putting a lien on our home! After we had asked them to wrap this up for months they expected final payment in two days! When we called to ask what was going on, we were told that the second project manager we worked with reported that we said we weren’t going to pay our bill. Mind you, we never had a single financial conversation with that man. Overpromised and underdelivered for sure. Total disappointment and the worst part is now we are stuck with them as our roof is under warranty. Save yourself the headache and having to take time off work."

  • "Had a roof replaced and that part was perfectly fine and roof looks good. Salesman suggested as a money saving measure to just clean and seal gutters as she indicated she had inspected and they were in good shape with only superficial damage and she knew we had a competitive bid. We went ahead with the cleaning/sealing and now 4 months later at least one gutter is leaking. I asked for someone to at least come inspect and reseal or advise the situation. Salesman would not respond initially and abrupt when she finally did. . Company said they don't warranty gutter sealing and we should have never sealed older gutters ? The problem is the salesman SUGGESTED the sealing process to begin with? We were not even aware that was something that could be done. She also and failed to mention the lack of warranty but got the business because this measure brought her price below competition. We're now on our own to figure out the gutter situation. Disappointing,"
