GAF, the nation’s largest roofing and ventilation manufacturer, is donating solar attic fans and roofing materials to The Designed Exterior Giveaway by Ply Gem, a promotion targeted at residential builders and remodeling contractors. Builders and remodelers who enter The Designed Exterior Giveaway by Ply Gem have a chance to win a complete exterior home product package and architectural design services valued at a combined $50,000.
“We at GAF are acutely aware of the value of combining material styles for a customized and unique look that can vastly increase curb appeal, which is why we offer such a wide array of roofing styles and colors,” stated Paul Bromfield, vice president of marketing at GAF. “We’re happy to join up with Ply Gem to encourage the further implementation of this trend.”
The prize package includes windows, siding, stone veneer, fence/rail and accessories from Ply Gem, an entry door system from Plastpro, and garage doors from Wayne Dalton, along with the GAF roofing package. Architectural design services are from BSB Design, a firm that specializes in using low-maintenance materials to achieve historically accurate designs.
Entries will be accepted through the end of March 2011 and can be submitted at www.designedexterior.com.
