Dion Rooney is responsible for setting GAF’s technical strategy, and drives the continued digital transformation of the company by leveraging robust, data-driven solutions and enhancing capabilities across all of GAF’s businesses.

Prior to joining GAF in 2019, Dion helped drive the digital transformation of Hudson’s Bay Company, the parent company of Hudson’s Bay, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Saks Off 5th, to build a global technology ecosystem that helped create a robust eCommerce presence and drive brand growth. Previously, Dion spent more than 30 years with Toys “R” Us in a wide range of global IT and eCommerce roles, including more than a decade as Chief Information Officer and Vice President, Information Systems.

Dion holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from the Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University.
