    "We had 2 leaks coming into our house. I called Total Roofing and they sent someone out immediately. He looked on my roof and in my attic and verbally gave me an estimated quote. I reached out to my insurance company in which Total Roofing spoke to my insurance company as well which was very helpful. My insurance company approved to get my roof replaced. I asked Total Roofing several times for a quote to be actually emailed to me in writing. Finally it was sent to me for almost double than what was quoted to me verbally. When I questioned it, I was given a very vague indirect answer. I decided to proceed only because my insurance already approved most of the amount that I was quoted. The whole entire process I worked with Sean. Sean was very nice and always responded to my questions in a timely manner. After signing the contract it took about 2 weeks to obtain the permit. Once the permit was in, they came about 2 days later and my roof was completely done within about 7 hours which I was very happy about. Unfortunately the very next day, that evening we began to hear noises in the ceiling. We then realized there was some type of rodent trapped in the attic after the roof was replaced. Total Roofing said that there was no indication there was rodent that was going in and out. However, when I had a wildlife company come out, they provided me pictures of proof of how the possum was able to get in and out daily. Unfortunately I was never provided with detailed upclose pictures prior to the roof being repaired. So it was really inconvenient to have to deal with capturing a possum after just getting my roof replaced. I will still say that my overall experience was good for the most part. Sean was extremely patient and helpful. I even spoke to the Manager Herbert once and he was also extremely nice. The whole procees went pretty quickly. I was just not happy with the fact that I was not given an official estimate in writing until after they found out my insurance approved me which made me believe that the big increase was to get nore money from the insurance company. And then having to deal with capturing the possum after getting my roof replaced."
